Refund Policy

14-day no-questions-asked refund

If you're a new paid customer and decide Velcy isn't right for you within 14 days of your first paid charge, email support@velcy.app and we'll refund you in full. No reason required.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@velcy.app from the address on your Velcy account.
  2. Include your workspace name and the date of the charge.
  3. We acknowledge within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). Depending on your bank, the credit can take up to 10 business days to appear.

After the 14-day window

Subscriptions are not pro-rated after the first 14 days. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your paid period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Annual plans

Annual plans get the same 14-day no-questions-asked window from first charge. After that, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time.

Please contact us first — most issues are faster to resolve directly than through a chargeback. We'll always honour valid refund requests.
